Brian has over 30 years of experience in corporate, partnership, and individual tax consultation. As a former Deloitte national office tax partner in both New York and Los Angeles, he was responsible for serving the firm’s most significant clients. He specialized in corporate income tax planning, entity structuring, reorganizations, and mergers & acquisitions. Brian also frequently spoke at firm-wide partner meetings and trainings. Prior to Deloitte, Brian started his career at Arthur Andersen where he focused his practice on corporate tax planning, the use of partnerships and other flow-through entities as well as international tax.
